Yes, that's right folks, the people at Netdevil and Codemasters have announced that Beta sign ups have surpassed 150,000

Here's a quote -

    hi i signed up for the jumpgate evolution beta testing but have not heard anything as of yet and wanted to know if they even begun selecting ppl to beta test  yet

    Man, i've almost givin up on Jump Gate, i've registered for beta like 5 months ago............. and no answer yet??? when is the game to even come out???

    No official date since the 'June 2009' was pushed back Crazymav, all there is are the countless unfounded speculative dates you see on retailer websites and ill-sourced gaming magazine previews.

    The game is still in 'Friends & Family' Alpha testing, with beta starting once the developers feel they have a 'feature complete' build for beta testers to give feedback on. :)

    Oh btw, new count for sign-ups is 250k, which was hit last month.
